Secret T-Tapp Workout Schedule!

This video is a follow up to the previous one that featured Joy who melted away her hips, thighs and belly using the newest T-Tapp Workout DVD called Senior Fit.? Many of you wanted to know what Joy?s workout schedule was that give her such amazing inch loss results.

Drum roll please?here is the secret T-Tapp Workout schedule?Joy did the Tempo version (4 repetitions and 40 minutes) 4 to 5 days a week and then she did the longer version (8 repetitions and a little over in hour) one day a week.

The secret isn?t necessarily in the workouts she did.? The secret is in the consistency!? She did it consistently every week for 2 months!

Joy was also strict with her healthy, balanced eating plan.? She cut out all the little extras we tend to add (and then forget we added them!? LOL!) and ate very mindfully.

The combination of the T-Tapp Senior Fit? and the? mindful eating were magical for Joy!? She hasn?t been at this size since she hit puberty! She looks and feels fantastic!

Oh by the way?Joy is in her 60?s!? She looks and feels decades younger.? It?s NEVER too late to get your body back into a healthy balance as long as you know and use these tools effectively!!!

What happens if you don?t have even the 40 minutes a day to do your T-Tapp?? You will still get good results if you just do at least 3 of the T-Tapp moves a day (do them in the sequence they are presented in the workout).? Here?s a great sequence you can do in just 7 minutes.? PBS. T-Tapp Twist and 2 sets of Hoe Downs.?

Here?s another great sequence?PBS, Plies up to the chest presses, Butterflies and Lawnmowers.

I?ve even seen people lose 1 -2 clothing sizes doing 2 sets of hoe downs within 10 minutes of eating.? Those hoe downs are powerful and will help your body with better digestion, assimilation and elimination.? You?ll also use the carbs and extra calories you just ate for energy.? Give it a try!!!
